HOUSE BILL NO. 469 An Act approving the sale of Prudhoe Bay                    
Unit royalty oil by the State of Alaska to Mapco Alaska Petroleum,             
Inc.; and providing for an effective date was read the second time.            
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.
